“I found this company on the internet after another suppliers web page became difficult to action.It was easy to navigate and my spares -some Ideal Studio tap heads -where in stock.Even more impressive was receipt of the deliver some three days later.Will definitely use the company again when purchasing bathroom related products.”

“Have to say, quite good service. I ordered the wrong pump. Called up and they cancelled the order immediately. Received confirmation of cancellation with a few minutes. Re-ordered the correct pump and it arrived next day even though it said order woudl be dispacthe with 2 days. Was a bit aprehensive and hence why i used credit card but have to say service was great and prompt. already installed the pump is working fine.”

“Ordered a sink, when it arrived, it was just too small. Arranging return was very easy. I asked them to get their courier to pick it up and the amount was deducted from my refund. So much easier than organising my courier. It was picked up the next day, Will order again.”

“Fantastic service. Very high rated contact direct phone service. Extremely excellent response and terms and conditions. Always check items before ordering and always check exchange and refund if wrong order first as always check fittings also. Fast delivery upon stock levels. All wrapped and sealed on pallet. Items were mint condition. Customer service lady very nice spoken and kind. Support from other staff were excellent. Email updates excellent.”

“We need a replacement tap for our bathroom sink. It must be exactly the same as the one we currently have to make fitting easy. I found three online sources with similar prices but choose BASD because of their stunning customer sat rating and the bad ratings for the other two. I soon found out why. The day after ordering I received an email saying it was out of stock so would not be shipped immediately and offering a refund if this was a problem. It was not, so we waited and it arrived yesterday just a week after ordering and 3 days inside the 10 days quoted when I placed the order. It's well packed and the exact model we need and was delivered by DPD within the hour they gave us early on the day. I'll be installing it in the new year. Top marks for communication. I will definitely be using BASD again.”
