“Your customer service is a joke you give a deliver date and not dispatch the item until after the date when you contact customer service for a date of told your don’t worry your order will be fulfilled very soon (Michael) then no reply from you at all would never order from you again!!”

“Poor first experience of buying from Batley DIY. Placed my order on the 28/09/2024 Order delivered 26/10/2024 After trying to contact customer service a number of times by email to ask when my order will be delivered. Maybe a one off and i was unlucky on the poor performance from the company with delivery times and customer service response?”
