“I ordered a replacement kitchen tap online after searching around for the best price. Batley popped up with a great price, free delivery and local in the North West. Item arrived on time with plenty of confirmation emails keeping me informed. The tap came in its original packaging from Abode. This box had seen better days but the tap was perfect with all the inserts and parts included and protected by the original foam inserts. This Abode box was packaged inside another box and protected with plenty of brown tape. The tap has now been fitted by my plumber and is perfect. I could not be happier with the tap and the service from Batley.”

“I had a query with the paint rollers I ordered, my order was for 4 and I received 2 that were the wrong size. I emailed and had a quick response and the items were replaced with the correct size. I cannot fault their service nothing was too much trouble.”

“Received the Rad foam quickly and have now used it on my radiators and I must say that I'm impressed with the heat that now comes into the room especially the one in my hall which I hardly used to feel any heat from. I am very happy with my purchase”

“Ordered a shower enclosure but on the way to me Fedex decided to park one of their lorries on top of it , or at least that's what it looked like when I received it ! Batley sent me another one f.o.c so would use them again.”

“Order 2 whisks online that wrote advertised as 'in stock'. After 10 days of hearing nothing, I emailed for an update and was told they were waiting a delivery and would I like to wait. I asked for an estimation of when the delivery was expected and once again heard nothing. After chasing with more emails going unanswered I finally got anautonated dispach email and received the items a month after ordering.”

“Ordered roofing sheet screws and eaves filler. Screws were exactly as described but unfortunately the eaves filler wasn’t the size described on the website, the length and profile didn’t match the ones I had previously installed. I e-mailed Batley DIY who replied quickly but was told I was mistaken and they had sent the correct ones. I replied to explain that the manufacturer states the 3inch profile eaves filler is 680mm in length and the ones I received are over 900mm (making the profile completely wrong so wouldn’t fit my roof) that was a few days ago but I’ve not had a reply back unfortunately.”

“I would love to write a review for your products, but I can’t because I still didn’t get it 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I placed an order on 15 of September and today is October and I still don’t have it 🤷‍♀️ tomorrow I’ll leave for work for 6 weeks and wouldn’t be able to test products also, thank you soooo much for your service!!!”
