“In my limited experience, an easy company to deal with. The telephone is answered quickly and helpfully, and goods are dispatched speedily and all packaged securely but not overdone.”

“I bought a delightful bee themed sugar bowl, with lid, from Batley DIY,a retailer I had never used before. Ordering was simple,I was kept informed of delivery dates and the bowl arrived within a couple of days,very well wrapped and is absolutely delightful.
