“I ordered 2 items, and received a lovely phone call informing me one of my items was out of stock. I got offered the choice of a refund, or similar product. I went for the similar product, and it was beautiful! arrived very quickly, and was really well packaged up. I will definitely shop there again, the lady who rang me, was lovely! and her customer services skill were exemplary. A really lovely shopping experience.”

“One of the sharpest knives ever just replaced the old one blade broke After 15 years used every day still sharp to this day The replacement is exact as theold one really good knife be careful Though it so sharp amazing for such a price and years of use.”

Really pleased I came across you online,glad you do clearpay too as this is such a great idea to get what you need but on smaller payments,I ordered batteries,I liked too the bulk buy and you get some money off/discount,just what I wanted and needed and were delivered in good time, fast,and packed well,really good service and really good seller,I will use you again,very happy!”

“I bought a delightful bee themed sugar bowl, with lid, from Batley DIY,a retailer I had never used before. Ordering was simple,I was kept informed of delivery dates and the bowl arrived within a couple of days,very well wrapped and is absolutely delightful.
