“I like getting different beans each time and selection of decaf is better than pact However I find the pact website easier to use (change subscription and request immediate delivery if I run out). Also I would like to have the option to pick my next beans or at least decline one I think won’t be a good match for me”

“So far I’ve had really great customer service, always very responsive and helpful in finding a way to help with whatever query I have! I would like to be able to have a more interactive profile online so I could have more control over things like rescheduling my delivery, taste profile and a selection Of beans within the taste profile.”

“When they say freshly roasted, the really mean freshly roasted! The coffees smell and taste amazing and they are noticeably fresher than store bought/pre-packed coffees. Customer Service is fantastic too! Super quick response time and really friendly.”
