Hi Katie, sorry to hear about the delay to your delivery. I understand that the delay was caused by the Royal Mail who are still experiencing some delays with parcels. I believe our support team did keep you up dated about the delivery and offered a replacement. In regards to the quality, the coffee you received is highly rated by our members with a score of 4.8 out of 5. All our coffees are speciality graded and freshly roasted to order and we have many award winning coffees included 10 Great Taste Award winners. We hope you don't have any further issues but please do in get in touch if you do, we typically reply the same day to our members queries.

“A system that tailors your coffee choice to your taste profile is a great feature and constant feedback and review of the coffees you've received is a great way to hone in on your preferences, especially if you're new to coffee. Something that other coffee subs don't seem to offer! The selection of roasters/blends is big enough so you get plenty of variation throughout your subscription and the coffee arrives consistently on time. The few times i've had to get in contact with support the response time was great so would definitely recommend!”

“Very happy since signing up. Coffee always arrives when expected and thus far they have all been exactly to our taste. Having only once had to email a query I can confirm that response was very quick and answered my question perfectly, something that isn’t always the case with customer services these days. 10/10 so far can’t fault.”

“One of the best UK based subscriptions out there. I'm not a coffee buff, but have been relying on a coffee kick to get me through lockdown, the new flavours that 'Beans' have introduced me to have meant that I get to taste a huge variety without the cost of a coffee machine and the eco burden of pods. The packaging is stylish and fully sustainable.”

“I signed up with Beans as i have a bean to coffee machine and wanted to try various and different tastes and strengths. I am aimed for the more stronger coffees and they always deliver promptly and each bag (mixed with other coffees I buy from supermarkets) gives me great various tastes. They have a great selection of beans and coffees, always deliver on time and a very efficient service. No complaints from me!!!”
