“I wouldn't normally take time to fill in this questionnaire but I was actually extremely impressed by Bedworks. Firstly, I ordered the bed and they rang me within a matter of hours wanting to deliver it the next day. As it happened, this was a bit too soon for me so they arranged it to a week later. They promised to call me between 4-5pm the day beforehand to give me an estimated time. They did exactly that (rare nowadays!) and delivered on time. Even better, I had added 'assembly' to my order, thinking maybe it came flat packed. However, the chap on the phone was very honest and told me all I had to do was screw in the legs. He immediately refunded that assembly fee as we decided it was not needed. I was most grateful for this kindness.”
