“At first I was very happy, but then I realized that one of the dried fruit packages I purchased had stickers placed over an expired expiration date. When I sent an email with a picture of this to customer service to let them know and explained that no other fruit I bought had stickers on them near their expiration date my email went unanswered. Sad!”

“Although clearly pictured (after going back to review), I was very disappointed at the amount sold for the price and then to add $11 on top of that for shipping was pouring salt on the wound. However, the product tastes good and the shipping was quick.”

“As soon as I got your shipping notice. I called immediately and said that I would not get my order because it was sent to the post office that will return The order because my post office will only deliver to a PO Box. So I have no clue on the quality of your product. Never received it”

“I was very disappointed that I received Ginger Slices not the ginger chunks that I ordered. The package says chunks but clearly they are ginger slices or pieces.”

“Really disappointed in the size of the product. I thought itbwas similar to the bag I used to buy At Costco but just be aware that the bag are tiny. I have seen the same for half price at my local grocery store. Not worth the hassle of returning. I will not be purchasing from this website again. Would rather do without my favorite treat.”

“I had made my original purchase of their items at a retail outlet. The bag was the Dark Choc. & Tangerine. The bag was 24 oz. for $9.99. When I placed my recent order I did not see the weight on the page. When I received my order the bags were 6 oz. What a rip off. Paid $ 9.99 for 1/4th the product. Great item but I will never deal with this company again.”

“They claim to care what we think but there is NO customer service. Maybe this poor review will get someone to return my call! I am sorry I did business with them. No way to reach them. No way to complain yet they want me to fill this out. The product was not up to quality. Shop elsewhere.”

“Sorry to say I am not happy with this company. They are impossible to reach if you have a problem. The product arrived sub-standard and old. I couldn't complain. I wanted to use these for a wedding cake. $50.00 down the drain. Live and learn I guess. Sad.”

“Product is excellent, although quite pricey. Shipping is slow. You will likely get a confirmation tracking number on the day you place the order but it’s stays in pre-shipment for, in my experience, 3-5 days after that. Then, after it’s shipped, expect another 3-4 days wait. Bottom line: Excellent product but don’t expect to get it until 7-10 days after you place your order.”
