Ordered 3 dried cantaloupe, that is not what was sent even though that is what the containers say. They were not what I’ve ordered several times before nor what was in the pictures. More like candied not dry. Taste good but not what was advertised nor what I’ve gotten before. Disappointed and don’t even get me started on the dried strawberries! Wish I could upload pics!

I originally purchased the dried fruit in the Denver airport. It was delicious. I ordered the same items online. Upon receipt of my order, I was very disappointed. They dried fruit I received was not edible. The unfortunate thing is that I know how delicious they were from my previous purchase and was very much looking forward to my order.

I was looking forward to receive my product in the same manner that was shown on the website. To my disappointment they came in a different package/container.

Cannot really write a review on the item bought on December 17th because as of the 25th of December it has not moved from the facility in Nevada..

Great products. Poor shipping execution. My fruit arrived in a thin, perforated box. A box like that isn't meant to be shipped. It's meant to be torn open for easy access in your pantry. The box was ripped almost completely in 2 pieces, and it looks like my delivery man tried to tape it back together. Honestly, I don't know how all the individual bags didn't fall out. If I get a shipment like that again, I will not be repurchasing. To be clear, this is Bee's fault, not USPS's.

The dried fruit itself is great. However, need to do a better job with packaging and shipping. Box used was flimsy and was ripped open upon delivery. Post office already put a note on the box to indicate that it was already ripped upon receiving. Not sure if the dried fruit itself got contaminated during the shipping process. Quite disappointed as we really like the dried fruits the company sells.

I order 2 packages of Chili Apples almost every month and this last shipment that came are extremely hard and taste very old. I absolutely love these but I am extremely disappointed in the freshness and quality of the 2 I just received. Especially for how much money I spend on them.

I ordered 4 boxes of two different items and I received three boxes of cherry tomatoes. I do not like having to go to the trouble of shipping back items that I did not order

Received 3 items with a expiration date of 12/31/2017. When I get the items from Denver airport the product has 6 months to a year.

I keep trying to re-order the dried papaya with Chili and it’s consistently out of stock. I’ve also used the ‘contact’ form asking for an ETA with no response. I’ve given up & tried the chipotle papaya and I don’t like it at all.

Trying to get in contact with customer service has been very challenging. I made multiple attempts to adjust my auto shipment prior to it being processed and shipped out using the e-mail that was provided in the bee fruity e-mail that was sent to me, but have not received any replies to my e-mails. There's also no contact number listed on the website. At this point, I will be cancelling my auto order entirely as I no longer want to do business with a company that does not communicate with their customers.

We purchased a pack of the chili corn nuts at Denver airport and absolutely loved them. Amazing. So much so, we decided to order a bunch of stuff online the next day. When the chili corn nuts arrived in the mail, they looked different from the ones we got at the airport. The label, ingredients and name all looked identical, but instead of the red color, they were yellow - and the taste was awful. I'm not sure what happened, but we reached out to the company on Facebook and they never got back to us. Disappointing.
