“Do not order from this company. their product of soft and dried cantaloupe is not as advertised .their “Bee fruity and nutty” is a 5 oz package instead of “nutty fruity “ 7 0z package. Their return policy is to not answer customer chats,emails, phone calls. Order # 25682 can be verified”

“Ordered items in first week of January. Some items shipped immediately. Never received update on balance of order until I contacted company late January. Company apologized but still didn’t ship anything until late February (after four email follow-ups on my part). Then, they only shipped one of the four items. I have asked them to cancel the balance of my order and refund my account but that still has not happened. Almost three months to make this right and they still failed. Will not recommend.”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you order from them once, they will send you emails for the rest of your life. I’ve unsubscribed 4 times already and they still continue to send emails. Stay away from this company.”

“I ordered 4months ago, items that they said would arrive in 6 wks latest. I was foolish enough to trust that the pre order items would come.. they never did. They claimed the fruits were 'out of season' , but I ordered in early May!! It's now Late Sept. Sadly, the number for customer service never has ANY one on the other end, and the e mails I write have not been getting answered for 3 months already..last I heard they asked me to be patient even though I wrote after the 4- 6 weeks, promised for delivery. This is a scheme to steal money,it seems. I wouldn't recommend trusting this company with your business, as it stands. Learn from my mistake”

“I’ll never buy anything from this company ever again. I’ve contacted this complaint multiple Times because I’ve made multiple orders and keep giving them a chance to get my order right. Twice they totally let me down and still refuse to reply to my emails and phone messages.”

“I never received my order. I reached out multiple times via email, calls, and their Instagram and Facebook accounts. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's non-existent. I'm so disappointed because I love the tangerine wedges. But this isn't worth it. It took months to be shipped in the first place, in partial shipments, and the second never arrived. I'm dispute the charge on my credit card, let the Better Business Bureau know, and be posting negative reviews to reflect this experience.”

“I ordered dried strawberries and dried kiwi on May 1, 2023. I was sent dried chili pineapple, which by the way tasted awful. I have sent three emails and have attempted to call. They do not answer the phone or answer their emails. This company is a scam. Don't waste your money buying anything from them.”

“I am disappointed with this company. I ordered 3 items and spent a lot of money might I add and only received 1 of the 3 items. This order was placed at the beginning of November. I have sent 2 emails to them trying to find out where the other items are at and I haven't received any feedback. I also asked for a refund on the items that I did not receive. This company will not EVER GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE EITHER!”

“‼️DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They lie about the size of products. They have 8oz packages (and others) listed on their site but sent 5oz! I reached out to resolve with zero response via email. I sent a messsage via FB messenger, they have “seen” my message and not responding. SCAM!!! ‼️”
