“Your priority mail service well not what I expected. After two days I stayed here waiting for them to be delivered. the product is good getting here with bad. I paid for priority mail I guess you get what you pay for hay”

“Items are inedible, box was damaged. Chocolate is powdery. I emailed customer service 3 times and still no response. You can't reach them by phone. I've had there products in the past and they were good. Don't know what happened. Box was damaged and icepacks melted.”

“I had cancelled this order months ago. They sent it one other time but I thought it was straightened out. I haven’t received order in months. But then I started receiving again. I do not want to pay for order I did not order.”

“Inconsistent quality. Sent wrong items multiple times. Doesn’t respond to emails, calls, texts, instant messages. My last order, USPS came to my door and told me I owed $31 in shipping if I wanted my package. Still no response from Bee Fruity & Nutty. I used to buy these at the Denver airport when in business travel. Would not recommend ordering online. There’s no telling what your going to get or if you’ll get bullied for shipping at your doorstep. Too bad...”

“Do not order from this company!! Part of my order was 3 natural pineapple rings. I paid over $9.00 in "Priority Shipping" thinking since it is food related, it would get to me in 3-4 days...WRONG it took a week to get to me...Not only that, but they shipped it to someone else in another state as they left the other person's information on the bottom of the box. So not only are you shipping the same food products to multiple people, they are also leaving the old shipping info on the box. When I opened the pineapple ring package, the pineapples were brown, rock hard, very thin, and have no flavor. I emailed them and called them...the phone goes right to a recording telling you to email them, I am still waiting on an email response, which my guess is I will not be receiving one of those either...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.....IT IS A RIP OFF”

“Order arrived completely melted. There is absolutely no customer service, no response to numerous emails. Also, what is pictured is not what you get. I bought from what I saw on the website which was all dark chocolate, only to find it was all milk chocolate.”

“Unfortunately all 6 bags of chocolate covered fruit came completely melted. The candies were converged into big blobs on the bottoms of the bags. We’ve requested a refund.”

“Although I have purchased from Bee Fruity & Nutty in the past, and have enjoyed the products, this time, I spent over $200 (which, was only $160 after the coupons) and I was excitedly awaiting my products. For some reason, they were shipped in two different packages, and I assumed that, since the chocolate items were sent separately, there would be some cooling system. What I received, however, was a delivery notice for the rest of the products and melted chocolate products. Instead of a "1 lb" package of chocolate cherries, I received three 5 oz packages, which are now uneatable. I am afraid to open the Dark Chocolate Covered Ginger Young. I am still waiting for the rest of my shipment. I realize that this issue is not totally the fault of the Bee Fruity & Nutty company, however, it should have been made clear to the United State Postal Service to leave the box without the chocolate and not the other way around; or leave both; or don't leave any. Instead, I am left confused and frustrated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.”

“When I get your brand at the store it’s very good. The mango is soft and chewy. But this is the first time I ordered the brand online and I chose it over brands on Amazon who had great reviews and would come faster because I trusted it as I have had it before. But this order was truly horrible. The mango was hard and drier than usual. I was really just disappointed because I could have gotten something of better quality and faster.”

“I was so excited to receive my chocolate-covered tangerines and chocolate-covered pomegranate products. However, when I received them, they were not properly packed for summer. I ended up receiving six bags of melted chocolate blobs. I contacted the company twice and got no response. I was home when the boxes were delivered so I immediately took them in the house. They were packed in a box with insulation on one side. Into ice packs that were melted and about a hundred degrees each. So disappointed! I would warn anyone against ordering anything chocolate covered in the summer. Unfortunately that warning was not on the website and I got no response from the company. I will not be ordering again, which is really sad because products seem like they would be delicious.”
