I was so excited to receive my chocolate-covered tangerines and chocolate-covered pomegranate products. However, when I received them, they were not properly packed for summer. I ended up receiving six bags of melted chocolate blobs. I contacted the company twice and got no response. I was home when the boxes were delivered so I immediately took them in the house. They were packed in a box with insulation on one side. Into ice packs that were melted and about a hundred degrees each. So disappointed! I would warn anyone against ordering anything chocolate covered in the summer. Unfortunately that warning was not on the website and I got no response from the company. I will not be ordering again, which is really sad because products seem like they would be delicious.
