Although I have purchased from Bee Fruity & Nutty in the past, and have enjoyed the products, this time, I spent over $200 (which, was only $160 after the coupons) and I was excitedly awaiting my products. For some reason, they were shipped in two different packages, and I assumed that, since the chocolate items were sent separately, there would be some cooling system. What I received, however, was a delivery notice for the rest of the products and melted chocolate products. Instead of a "1 lb" package of chocolate cherries, I received three 5 oz packages, which are now uneatable. I am afraid to open the Dark Chocolate Covered Ginger Young. I am still waiting for the rest of my shipment. I realize that this issue is not totally the fault of the Bee Fruity & Nutty company, however, it should have been made clear to the United State Postal Service to leave the box without the chocolate and not the other way around; or leave both; or don't leave any. Instead, I am left confused and frustrated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
