I thought I was ordering 2 lbs of tart cherries. What I received was two 5 0unce packages and I am very unhappy about it. I would gladly return them to you for refund if you give me a mailing address. Robert Halperin

I have ordered before so was disappointed with the last order. I had 7 boxes. 5 were/are almost inedible. I won't be ordering again.

This is a review I had hoped not to make because I have purchased quite a lot of Bee Fruity & Nutty's products & have found them to arrive promptly & be reliably of good quality. However their customer service is lousy. I ordered a 16 oz bag of organic chia seeds & it arrived with a hole in the bag which had been attempted to be repaired with cellophane tape. However the hole had opened & had spilled much of its contents all over the other products in the box--less than 12 oz remained. The tiny seeds had also escaped outside the box, causing USPS to have to enclose the box in a plastic bag, which was also full of chia seeds. It was concerning how the hole may have come to be, whether due to damage in handling or by a rodent? Therefore I had concerns about the safety of consuming the remaining seeds. I attempted to let the company know about the problem & was hoping to have a credit or replacement. I wrote 4 polite emails & left 2 phone messages at the contact number on the company's website. Over the past 2 months, I have received no reply to any of these communications. Customers should be aware of the very poor customer service. Upon reviewing previous online reviews recently, I see that others have also complained about the customer service.

I received the incorrect product in my box. I ordered pineapple rings and I got pineapple tidbits... So I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue and I still haven't heard back.... Surely disappointed.

I was very disappointed with the no sugar added chocolate peanuts. They arrived with a whiteish, crackled surface appearance, with the sections of chocolate falling off the nuts before you eat them .

Much to hard to bite in my opinion, but they do break down as you keep chewing on the them. Too hot for me as well, your whole mouth burns and it burns on the way down. Nose runs as well, eyes water. This definitely will not be ordered ever again. Maybe it is how it should be but not for me.Can I return for credit? Thank you. PLEAE ADVISE

The ordering process was easy however the shipping is taking forever. I have not received my package yet and I placed the order on December 3rd. I see on that same day the shipping label was created but it didn't start moving until 5 days later. Today, is December 11th and I still do not have a package that claimed it would be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. It's hard for me to answer the other questions because again I AM STILL WAITING.

I feel that you took advantage of me At Costco I bought your tangerines for almost the same price only much bigger bags this is a rip off

Normally I would give Bee Gruity & Nutty a 5 Star review, however, my past two orders of the dried pineapple rings has been disappointing. On two separate occasions I ordered 4 packages only to have to throw away 80% of them, because they were bunt and uneatable.

Horrible costumer service! I order the apple rings with chili and got some apple slices that are way different than the rings, I send 2 emails with order number and explained what I got and as of today I have not heard back from costumer service! Really disappointed and dissatisfied

Ordered two bags of chocolate covered cherries. Both bags were inedible because chocolate was off colored, white flaky outer coating, like malted milk balls. Upon further inspection, both bags expired in June. I contacted the company about a refund, and haven't gotten a response yet. Not good customer service.

The shipping box came crushed with the items in a USPS shipping container. One product was missing and half of the others were smashed and not edible. I emailed multiple times and called, but never received any response. Over half my order was missing or damaged, but the company has made no attempt to give me a refund or replace the items—they won't even respond!

I ordered the jackfruit and the product that I received did not look anything like the product online. The picture online shows that the jackfruit is a golden yellow color but the one that I received was dark brown. The quality was not good. I do not recommend buying the jackfruit from Bee Fruity & Nutty.

To whom it may concern, My husband and I received our order today, Friday, September 18, 2020; ORDER # 8983. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of your product and how it has been received! This is with regard to the Dark Chocolate Covered Cashews - 1 lb Bag × 1. The product arrived as 3 (three) individual 5 oz bags. The product is in a state of very poor quality that we will not be able to eat! We will not eat this product due to its condition. We would like you to send us paperwork to return the product to you for a full refund to us.

Double dipped chocolate covered peanuts arrived melted. All four "ice packets" were warm. Chocolate had turned white and was grainy in texture. Not suitable to eat. Entire one pound order was put in the garbage disposer.
