“‼️DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They lie about the size of products. They have 8oz packages (and others) listed on their site but sent 5oz! I reached out to resolve with zero response via email. I sent a messsage via FB messenger, they have “seen” my message and not responding. SCAM!!! ‼️”

“Poor products, I will NOT recommend and their support is too poor!! Do not buy from them!”

“Not recommended. Someone from their team or someone they hired or outsourced marketing to got a lot of work done from me and refused to compensate for that. The irony is that the brand is using my email flows, the alias used to get the work done was 'Haleema Begum'. I give their support a chance to clarify but I guess they don't know about that and maybe the management doesn't monitor their FB page that often.”

“Received my items fast, however all the food was spoiled (looked bad and smelled bad). Ordered the Milk Chocolate covered cherries and the tangerine wedges. Have sent repeated emails and no response. They have a 30 day refund policy, which I am sure they are waiting to expire before contacting me (if they contact me at all). Here are the pictures of the food they sent.”

“Ordered 4 pkgs of pineapple rings,received 2 pkgs of pineapple rings and 2 of pineapple tidbits-didn’t order them-don’t like them-ordered 1 pkg of trail mix-got 3.my entire order was substituted with products I didn’t want”

“I have have left two voicemails and 3 emails messages since i made a purchase with you and ask if i can return and exchange for another products.. i have yet to get a call or email from your company. It’s more than a month since then I’m so disappointed with your lack of response and the level of customer service that you provide. It’s too bad, i actually like your products. The score i gave is based on your lack of customer service.”

“I got some beef jerky, someone from their facility thought it would be good idea to put tape over a hole in the packaging which looks like a mouse chewed it. I emailed them no response, disgusting!”

“I receiver your product all 7 packages the item looked rotten I was going to send them back but I have to pay for shipping to Las Vegas and get charged to ship back to their warehouse so I threw them away.”
