“Very disappointed in the quality of some of your products. I ordered a package of dark chocolate strawberry chews and I was not impressed by the poor quality of the product. The bag arrived with all the chews stuck together and very discolored.”

“Took over a week and a personal message to the company for them to ship my order.... They blamed it on USPS backlog from Christmas when the tracking order clearly stated preshipment label created waiting on arrival of package to facility. Products are okay...some are as expected...decent quality for no sweeteners some are disappointing.”

“The ordering process is kind of klunky and I erroneously opted for regular auto-shipment--the only way to get a lower price. It's unfortunate that you have to go through a third-party like Bee Fruity & Nutty to order Nutty & Fruity products, unless you live near a retailer that carries them.”

“Product review pending as it was a gift to someone else. I was dismayed at the very basic ordering process. Not very flexible or comparable with competitors. There did not seem to be anywhere to send a note or greeting to the recipient. There was no options on different shipping methods. Only ground. Just seemed below standard for most online companies. Gh.”

“The customer service was excellent! I’ve had Bee Fruity & Nutty in the past and the taste was excellent. There was no comparison to any other dried mango product. This time around the product did not meet the expectations I had for the fruit I normally get. I purchased a few guava products and I had to throw away more than half of what I purchase because it was way too hard. I could not even bite into the product. I’ll probably stick to purchasing the product in person at a random airport kiosk than online again.”

“I ordered the ginger online and it was estimated to be delivered in Denver yesterday/Mon, but it has only gotten to Ca (where it was Sat and again today). So, I hope it has a long shelf life as I am still waiting to receive the product. Hoping the product will be delicious, but I have yet to try it.”

“My first experience with your company was amazing and delicious. I purchased from a stand inside Denver CO airport and fell in love. Recently I purchased online my absolute favorite from you (100% Natural Mango) and when I received my boxed I could not wait to dig in. However this time it just wasn't the same, my mango was was almost all brown and way past dried out that a few pieces just crumbled in my hands. Like it had been sitting on the shelf for a while or something. I'm not sure what happened but now I am hesitant to purchase again. Which is a shame because I truly truly fell in love with your company when I first purchased in Denver.”
