Took over a week and a personal message to the company for them to ship my order.... They blamed it on USPS backlog from Christmas when the tracking order clearly stated preshipment label created waiting on arrival of package to facility. Products are okay...some are as expected...decent quality for no sweeteners some are disappointing.
