“I ordered 12 boxes of mango and it arrived way over dried/cooked. It is crispy and tastes awful. I have had this product numerous times and know how good it should be. I reported this to customer service. They asked for a picture and told me they would send replacement by 8/3. I sent a picture and had to follow up, apparently they couldn't be bothered to provide proactive service. They told me it was fine (clearly they know best from a picture) and I should send it back and they would replace. (Remember they actually committed to deliver by 8/3.) I told them I was not going to pay for shipping it back after paying $100. Zero response, like the previous customer service. Now you lost a customer and a person the promoted your product to everyone he knew.”

“The dried food was not edible. Apparently, it was stored improperly. I have ordered three times and two of my orders have been unsatisfactory.”

“All the items I bought were so darn hot and barley edible and so dried out it could pull all your teeth out . I've purchased several of these kinds of dried fruit but never had any like this . In the future when I buy on line like I did with this I will only buy 1 item . Sadly half of what I ordered is a gift for my son . Some gift , never again . I think I should get a refund because what I bought can't be eaten. I hope the company sees this and reaches out to me about it .”

“I was asked to review my order before I have received it. Really dispapointed that it's taking this long to get here but hopefully I recieve it soon. I really did love the chili mango when I purchased it in Colorado and since there is no store in Texas I opted to order online.”

“I just received my order and I'm very disappointed. I ordered the ginger chunks specifically because your website listed the sole ingredient as "ginger." I am so disappointed to have spent this much on the product PLUS $7.95 shipping for the ingredients to be ginger, cane sugar and sulfur. That is exactly why I close the ginger chunks over the ginger slices.”

“Bought it at the Denver airport and loved it - ordered more when I got home and what I received was expired. Ordered a replacement product and the replacement product expires in less than 60 days . One of the main selling points by your staff at the Denver airport is that it's good for a year ! I thought I had found something wonderful ... completely disappointed !”
