“Disappointing range of beers in the selection. Since this had a wide range of finalists to select from it would have been more interesting to select beers from brewers that do not have national coverage. Whilst I enjoy and support all Fullers, Hooky and Coniston beers, they're pretty much available in any supermarket. It's also disappointing that only one medal winning beer was in the case.”

“I'm new to Beer Hawk but needed a quick way to deliver a "thank-you" present to a friend. The choice of beers was excellent, the website was easy to use, the account set-up/payment was efficiently handled and the goods were delivered in good time. Will use again!”

“Excellent range, bought a case of dark beers and the ones I've tried are excellent. I was 2 bottles short on the total order, but this was resolved pretty quickly, and with no quibble what so ever. Would recommend.”

“Delivery was promised for Friday 18 sept but goods arrived on Tuesday 22nd without convincing explanation from carriers. One box was in order but the second had evidently been re-packed sideways in bubble wrap with one bottle missing. A very helpful receptionist at beer hawk offered me a double refund for the missing Otley Oxymoron in my next order but did not send a confirming e mail as I expected.”

“It was weeks after I placed the order that the beers were delivered. I arranged delivery for a day I could work from home. Only 1 of the two boxes of 15 beers was delivered that day. I had to call twice in order to get a further one delivered, which Megan confirmed would be on Friday as I could work from home that day. I called again after receiving an email saying it would arrive on Thursday and was told that would be changed to Friday. However delivery was attempted on Thursday and they were left with a neighbour. So there was no need for me to have arranged to work from home on Friday. Then on the following Monday a further package arrived with 11 beers. I telephoned and was told that I would have to make myself available at home for a further day for that to be collected. So I am having to arrange yet another work from home day for that. Ridiculous!”

“My first order with Beer Hawk and the whole process has been very good. When I needed to contact customer services regarding a minor matter I got a quick response. The beer arrived when I was told it would - I even got a text from the courier to tell me which hour window they would be delivering (13.17 - 14.17 and they turned up at 13.24). Packaging was excellent and I am looking forward to tasting the beers! I would not hesitate to order from Beer Hawk again.”

“There was a delay in my order and was kept up-to-date on the position reguarly. I had a few enquiries and nothing seemed to much trouble and thge service was excellent. Would totally recommend them.”

“Brilliant beers. Not had a bad beer yet. Reason for low score was the time taken from ordering paying and delivery. It was nearly two months. I actually had given up and thought I had lost money to a scam. But eventually they turned up. As I ordered a standard box as well as champion winners, would have thought they could have delivered that in the meantime rather than making me wait. Won't use again will look for a rival. Poor customer service.”

“We had the CAMRA Champion Bottled Beers of Britain Case plus a very fizzy (the bottle warned us) raspberry ale. It was very convenient timing for the Rugby World Cup. Great drinking even if England threw it away against Wales!”

“Great company to deal with. I am in Canada, my brother (beer birthday gift recipient) is in the UK. Beer Hawk customer service provided quick and friendly response to my emals and were very helpful in ensuring delivery on the correct day, etc.”
