“The service from Beer Hawk was excellent (beers were sent swiftly and were well-packaged). However, I was not in when the couriers came to deliver so they left the two boxes outside my front door (despite a note on the packages saying "Please leave with neighbour", which I added after they had done the same with a previous order). Fortunately, the boxes were untouched when I cam home eight hours later.”

“Great beers, delivered quickly. Only 4 stars as a beer was missing from my order, but they dealt with it very quickly, efficiently and human-ly and offered me a refund or a voucher worth twice as much. I took the voucher as I will definitely order from them again.”

“I'm sure the beers are nice, but I bought a "gift membership" as a present for my husband and it did not arrive as a gift. We have had other gift subscriptions and have received from other companies a welcome leaflet, information about the beers included etc. Just small touches that would not cost the company but make it seem much more of a special gift of just a box of beer.”

“This was the perfect gift for my Dad. He's usually a difficult one to get for but with this one the smiles kept coming! I'm travelling around the world right now and couldn't be there to celebrate with him. So, hence, the 15 world beers seemed fitting. Went down a treat bu the sounds of it.”

“I bought the 'pack' of 10 beers as a birthday present for my brother. They were sent direct to him. He was very pleased with the selection and with the beer, and sent me a photo of them. I was very disappointed to see that the 10 beers had been delivered in a box that was meant for 15 beers. The box had dividers within it which meant that he was delivered a box with 5 empty holes - it looked awful! Beer Hawk - if you offer a pack of 10 beers then please deliver them in a box that fits!”
