“The product is very nice and would recommend it but be careful with delivery. I ordered two Father's Day packs ( for my husband and his dad) and only one arrived and was left, at risk of theft, in full view on the front step. Beer Hawk apologised and sent me another one, but obviously the moment had gone. I was not offered any gesture of goodwill future discount, credit etc for the inconvenience which was disappointing.”

Am sorry the delivery was just left on your front door step. The couriers stated it was left in a front porch, so they must have thought that was a safe enough location. I'm glad we got it sorted & another one sent out for you. Cheers, Hannah

“Recently purchased two mystery boxes, having enjoyed them in the past. Great value and a good variety of styles but what was a shame is that the two boxes were virtually identical. Not what I was expecting but I understand there will be duplicates at times. When ordering multiple mystery boxes perhaps the above could be considered? “My husband has really enjoyed a great selection of Ale's. A perfect Father's Day present from our children. It's just a shame the packaging gave the surprise away before Fathers Day, the children were left a little disheartened when Daddy got to the door first to receive the order & Daddy knew it was for him :(”

“Bought them as a present for my neighbour. He is a real ale fan but settles for a good tasting beer from a can or bottle. He says that he really liked this and thought the glass was really cool!”

Sorry the gift message wasn't left where you thought it would be. It is normally printed on the packing slip, rather than on the actual gift box. I hope the beers were enjoyed though. Cheers, Hannah

“Love the choice and all of the new exciting beers there are for me to try. Love the insight to the different kinds of beer and there orgins and tasting notes. Really like the multipacks as you get a range of drinks to try and enjoy without having to buy 4 and realising that you dont enjoy them”
