“Beer was lovely, but free delivery didn't happen, despite it being by Royal Mail, we were charged extra postage to get the order to the Outer Hebrides, when Royal Mail charge the same rates wherever you go in the UK, don't they?”

Great to hear you enjoyed the beer. We use couriers to deliver our packages & incur a surcharge for certain postcodes from them, which is where the extra postage cost came from. Cheers, Hannah

“Very extensive range of beer and good customer service. Delivery was by Royal Mail, though, and no one hour time slot was offered, unlike with previous order delivered by U.K. Mail.”

“I order the Trappist Ale selection for my dad. It arrived quickly, and my dad seemed very impressed with the selection and the free beer glass it came with. It was a good choice for father's day”

“This was a first order with Beer Hawk and I was generally very happy. An easy to use website with good range and prices made a positive first impression which was reinforced during a phone call to Customer Services. Unfortunately, this was tarnished by the blithering incompetence of the courier who didn't know where the two packages were or when they would be delivered. Sort out the courier and Beer Hawk would fully deserve 5*.”

“Arrived quickly and nicely packaged, only problem was I was due to give this a gift but it was only in one box with delivery labels on. Given it's 12 bottles of beer its very hard to repack as a gift so did look very presentable.”

“My husband loved his gift of a range of beers, however, unfortunately the gift glass with the beer hawk logo was scratched and coming off. He really would like a replacement.”

“We have ordered more than once and been very happy friends have also enjoyed the beers, we tried different kegs and all have been very pleasant and will order again. As for delivery Yodel in my experience are not the most reliable .”
