“The recipient was happy! But even after I spoke to someone at Beer Hawk about changing the name on the delivery address, it still wasn't amended - so it was actually sent to me at my friends' address, not 100% ideal... but regardless, lovely selection of beers.”

“We were out when parcelpost delivered. Instead of leaving it with a neighbour I had to queue in the post office to collect it.”

Sorry you missed Parcel Force when they tried to deliver. Their normal practice is to attempted redelivery or take it to a local Post Office for safety. I hope you enjoyed your beers though. Cheers, Hannah

“Excellent birthday gift for my son who was delighted with the 2 cases I purchased. Speedy despatch and delivery. My only critisism is that I was not emailed by Beer Hawk telling me that the goods had been despatched (the website stated that one would receive an email once the goods were despatched). My son is slowly working his way through the bottles and has had nothing but praise for the excellent selection and highly commends my choice of gift.”

“Great product and great service, but kegs arrived loose. Apparently, according to the driver, the packaging had collapsed. On the plus side, it was one less cardboard box to dispose of!”

“They had the beers I was after for my husbands birthday (lambic), unfortunately they got lost in transit and were never delivered, so not Beer Hawks fault. However I had to make two phone calls to sort this issue out, as I didn't get a response from the first chap I spoke to (I requested an email but that never materialised). I realised why on my second call to them, the beers I had ordered were now out of stock, so they could not even send a replacements, I requested a refund which was duly and quickly sorted. I would use them again.”

“Quick delivery; ordered on Thursday, arrived Saturday. Unfortunately you do not have the option to alter the delivery date with courier service (yodel), nor are you texted a delivery slot.”

“2 cases, 1 Irish beers, 1 mystery box. Bloody great! I'd not tried any of the Irish beers and some were to my liking others not so much but the main point was to try beers I'd not tried before so this did the trick. The mystery box was amazing no beer was repeated and the range was great, strengths varied from 4% up to 11.2%!! I'll definitely be ordering more but I've still got 15 of 30 bottles to finish first.”
