“My delivery arrived promptly. The draft beer dispenser and cooler is awesome, if not a tadge indulgent! The two barrels of Leffe I ordered were as good as it gets. Excellent. I would've given 5 stars but I've been contemplating this purchase for a few weeks, the week after I ordered the price was dropped by 50 quid (which is another 2 barrels to me) gutted but that's how it rolls I guess. I'm still happy with my dispenser and beer”

“My order took 10 days to arrive. It did not contain one of the items I purchased. I rang up and the man said that it would be with me within a few days as it was just in another delivery. After another 10 days, it still had not arrived and I rang up to be told that there are none of the specified item in stock. I asked for a refund. The beers that I received were lovely however, so I may consider another order again, albeit a small one so there are no mess-ups with my order, or no cloudy miscommunications.”

“Quite disappointed with my recent Mystery case as it was predominately lager-based, which is certainly not my preferred beer-style choice. I will probably end-up passing these off to lager-liking guests rather than drink them myself :((. For future reference, is it possible to stipulate particular beer styles at all when buying a Mystery case (or am I missing the point)???”

Thanks for your review Mark - sorry your Mystery Case wasn't entirely to your taste. We bulk make them up so it's not possible to specifically choose a style for your Mystery Case - like you said, that's kind of the point of the case, for it to be a Mystery! “I loved this website and the order was received very quickly! I defiantly will be ordering again. I would like more choice of beer from Eastern Europe (esp Slovenia) who are producing some lovely craft beers!”

“On the strength of my last order the delivery service has improved. Despatched and delivered on time. Previously this has been a real disaster with deliveries taking weeks and non-existent comms. Let's hope the ship is sailing steady now. Product range good although suffers from too many items 'out of stock' recently.”

“The service from Beer Hawk themselves has been excellent - they have a fantastic range of beers, and always ship them out quickly. Unfortunately they are let down by their choice of courier, UK Mail, who have poor customer service and response times. I will say that when I have had problems with delivery, Beer Hawk have gone out of their way to help me liaise with the courier to resolve it. I feel if they used a more reliable service such as DPD I'd feel more confident ordering from them more regularly. I always caveat any recommendations with this, which is a shame because Beer Hawk is otherwise a great site with some brilliant products and a good team behind it.”
