“Love the beers from here, always a varied selection in the mixed selection, but still plenty of Belgian style ones that we love the most. The loyalty scheme is also brilliant. Only minor gripe is that the delivery was a couple of days late. Thanks guys, will keep coming back and recommending to friends.”

“Great prices, products and presentation. Would definitely use again for sending gifts. Only slight complaint was that they delivered at 7am which seems a bit early to be knocking on someone's door!”

“The service speed and communication was good. I had only ordered a beer glass which sadly came packaged in a MASSIVE box, which i felt was wasteful and not very cost effective. That was the main let down to my order,.”

“I've now placed a couple of orders with Beer Hawk and I can recommend the beer and the service when you speak to sales. Howvever both of my orders needed chasing up and the first one took two weeks from date of order to receipt. The guys were nice and =included some freebiesI must confess that I like doing business with Beer Hawk but it has been a tad frustrating at times. Come on Beer Hawk - get your act together,”

“Dispatch/delivery was pretty slow. It took 10 days for dispatch and delivery which is twice the promised 5 days. That said once the beer was delivered it was well packaged. I would use Beer Hawk again.”

“Great beer and service. The only bad point was that the minikeg I bought only had 3 weeks left on the sell by date from when I received my order. This was bought as a birthday gift so didn't really give you much time to drink it!”

“I won't lie, there were some problems with delivery. First, a failed delivery by Parcelforce - they damaged the beer, which obviously meant I didn't get the beer before the weekend, like I was hoping for. Second, when the re-delivery came it was missing some of the beers I ordered! When I wrote to ask for those beers to be delivered I was told "Im so sorry! We are out of stock of these items, I have refunded you for them, Thank you" At this point I was feeling a bit ripped off, as I wouldn't have paid for delivery for the amount of beers that actually came, but when I checked the PayPal refund I saw my entire order had been refunded, meaning that to make up for all the hassle I was given my beers (that did manage to come) for free. However, due to the wording in the refund message I'm not sure if that was an intentional goodwill gesture (perfect customer service if it is), or another mistake!”

“Have used Beerhawk a few times now and service has been excellent every time . Some of the bottled beers are a bit pricey but I guess that's the cost of a such a fantastic range . Their deal to buy the Philips Perfect Draft machine was the best available and although the choice of kegs is currently limited I am sure it will improve . I do love the Beer Credits every time you order , great loyalty incentive .”

“Easy to use website and excellent range of beers. Our only criticism was regarding delivery, which was to our son. Once notified of the delivery date, we telephoned you to advise that in respect of the "deliver to neighbour" option we'd ticked on the order, there was a specific neighbour at a defined address (a neighbour opposite, not next door). Your member of staff stated that the carrier would be informed. The reality was that the carrier tried to deliver to our son's own address on 3 successive days and then left the parcels at the local post office. This in spite of the fact that my son had pinned a note to the front door advising the neighbour's address across the road. When I rang to complain, I was told that it was too risky to deliver to the nominated neighbour - so why have the option on the order form? Regards Peter Griffiths”

“I ordered a German mix case. These cases are great as an introduction to a wide variety of german beers but i personally have had (and very much enjoyed) half of the beers already. I mean 3 types of erdinger, really? You can get that in wetherspoons”

“Beer delivered very quickly. However on the downside mini kegs only had 5 weeks before out of date. I would definitely use again, bit it would be good if bbf date for mini kegs was displayed.”
