“Easy to navigate website; fantastic selection of beers; decent prices; quick delivery; shameful packaging. Everything about Beer Hawk is great except for their environmental responsibility. The beers arrived safe and sound, however the two 750ml bottles I ordered arrived in a box with enough compartments for 15 bottles of the same size. Not a major issue some might feel but I think they should get smaller boxes and cut down on packaging waste for smaller orders.”

Alexis, Thanks for the feedback and we appreciate it. Sadly we did send some items in large boxes over Christmas and we are looking at changing this to reduce the packaging issue. Cheers Stu

Hannah, Many thanks for your review. We slipped on timescales over Christmas and apologise for this. We know it caused some issues but was purely down to volume of orders. We have put new processes in place to ensure this does not happen again. Cheers Stu

“Had nothing but a great experience with Beer Hawk , no issue with delivery dates or times . Any time I've had to phone staff have been very helpful n above able to deal with my enquiry at all time! Very happy customer”

“We had a mixed box and it was close to Christmas so I assume that that is why there were more smaller craft ales in the collection than might otherwise be the case but another time I will make sure to select more English ales. There are some like the Double Russian Stout that are amazing so it will be an adventure anyway but I am taking photos of the ones we like in particular so will order them the next time.”

“I ordered two of the Christmas selection boxes, which arrived promptly and well packaged. The quality of the products were great, and the recipients seemed really pleased. Unfortunately I'd ordered another item that wasn't included in the package. Upon contacting Beer Hawk, I was told the item was out of stock. This was a shame, as it was a Christmas gift. I was disappointed that I hadn't been told beforehand as I would've chosen something else. Beer Hawk did credit my account with some Beer Tokens to compensate. I would definitely recommend the site overall!”

“One of the few places I could find Weihenstephaner hefe weissbier in the UK (clearly the best beer in the world). The website was easy to use, delivery was quick, the bottles were well packaged. Would be great if there were discounts for larger purchases.”

“Quick delivery and a bargain price. The Leffe Ruby is a superb addition to the range, more suited for summer than winter I'd say but we've drained the keg pretty quickly nonetheless :-)”

“My first time ordering from Beer Hawk. It was very easy, choosing which beer to buy my father in law was the hard part. I chose a gift box of a beer and a glass, then a really nice Christmas beer ( A pissed off Santa Beer- perfect) Will buy from again for the beer loving FIL. thanks again.”
