“I was very happy with part of my delivery but unfortunately it arrived with an item missing. Have been in contact 2 weeks ago but still not been received. Beers all great quality and well packaged. Just a shame not complete”

“Easy to order from the website. Was notified of delivery by email however only part of order was delivered. When I rang to ask about rest of order there was no helpful information. There were also confusing emails sent from the delivery service saying my order had been left in safe place when in fact I had taken delivery of them. I will say that order was well packaged and no breakages. As to the product, it was a present so can't comment on that. Ecipientnseemed more than happy with his beer.”

“The order was easy and quick to do- the beer is always packed well and the addition of a glass in the pack i ordered was a nice touch. The downside to ordering this time was that I waited nearly 2 weeks for delivery when the website stated 5 days. I know its difficult to promise this over Christmas when ordered will be more but I ended up emailing to see when it would arrive. However communication was very clear and quick in email and the order arrived when I was promised from this. Thankyou x”

“Excellent selection of beers proved of great interest for my husband. I'm only sorry there was so,much adversrtising on the box as it was a present. It would be nice to have the chance of it to be sent under plain wrapping, I wouldn't mind paying extra as it spoilt the surprise.”

“The selection of beer and lager is great and the different products are great. I ordered 2 beer bullets as stocking fillers and thought they were brill as did my husband. I do think the giant box per bullet is far too much packaging though. Overall impressed and will use the company again!”

“I was very pleased with the product. It was a gift but only half was delivered. When I contacted the company they promised the remaining half would be delivered but it didn't arrive. But the customer services was excellent, when I contacted them again they sent the full order which arrived quickly and in time for Christmas and I had a box to keep and try myself!”

“As I live in New Zealand and wanted to send a gift to family in the U.K I was feeling anxious with my first online shopping experience. I found that Beer Hawk made everything from looking at the choices on offer, the payment method, to dispatch and delivery a positive and encouraging experience. Just the gift tag did not arrive with the gift. Would I use Beer Hawk again and recommend to others in the ex pat and home communities.? Most definitely”

“A very well received Christmas present. A wonderful array of beers which were well packed. They arrived on time. The only disappointing part was the delivery itself. In spite of being at home at the time, the delivery man left the beers at the bottom of our green bin so it was necessary for me to tip the bin on its side and crawl in. Not what I was expecting.”

“Had several cases from Beer Hawk - German, American, Belgian, English - and all good. Latest was 30 bottle/can world mixed case - great value and a chance to try lots of different styles/tastes. One delivery mix-up in past but dealt with quickly and couriers helpful. Would recommend.”

“Ordered a Phillips keg dispenser; cracking deal with two free kegs. Was ordered a week before Christmas but website promised delivery in time. Was thrilled when delivery turned up until I realised it was missing the dispenser...on phoning them they knew it was as it was "out of stock" would have been nice to have been told before delivery! However after numerous phone calls/emails the dispenser turned up on Christmas Eve. Products and price great; just a bit of work needed to keep customers informed of updates.”

“Really good website, easy to navigate and well thought out. I contacted customer services several times following issues with delivery - they were very good and after a bit of back and forth agreed to sort things out. My final order wasn't actually correct but I came off better for it cost wise. I originally ordered 2 different beers and a matching glass. I ended up with two glasses and two of the same beer. If this was for me then I'd have been over the moon but the beers I actually ended up getting were the "try" and the one I didn't get was the "liked" as they have only had one of the beers. I'll likely buy again and see if the order comes through correct this time”

“I don't purchase as much from Beerhawk any longer due to the proliferation of "craft" American Style IPAs as is the trend nowadays, so it's mainly around Christmas and usually themed or country "discovery" cartons. When I do though, they are unfailingly reliable, quick and, should any problems occur, they sort them out very rapidly. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Last order not as good as previous 2 orders I have done. Only told when 2 items were shipped others just turned up. Not left where specified. Case of beer ordered for present most of it lagers which recipient does not drink. compared to my 2 other orders this was not up to the usual standard.”

“Bought a couple of the mixed ale boxes, one each for my father-in-law and my brother-i-l for Xmas. All good except a slight confusion over delivery. Both have arrived for Xmas but each came on separate days which was a bit of a pain for my f-i-l who had to stay in twice. I'm sure they'll love the beer though.”
