“I love Beer Hawk - the variety and pricing are both great! I bought a box as a gift - my husband loved them all. Just one small thing - Beer Hawk asked if I wanted a birthday/gift message included. Unfortunately, the printer clearly wasn't working very well that day and I had grey paper, faded lettering and it just didn't look very good. Perhaps, look at that Beer Hawk as if I hadn't repackaged it with a hand written note it would have looked a bit rubbish. I'd think twice about sending a message in a gift box to other friends directly unless that improves. Other than that, which has nothing to do with the beer itself, we love Beer Hawk!”

Thanks very much for the feedback on the print quality. It's something we have looked into improving, as you say it doesn't look very good when it's someone's gift message. Am glad your husband enjoyed the beers! Cheers, Hannah

“Well ... to be honest... I wasn't too happy with the last order .. It was a random selection of beers , but most not to my taste .. obviously left over Christmas beers etc . Won't take the risk again .”

I'm sorry your latest Mystery Case wasn't to your taste. They really are a very random case made up of beers that are just past their best before date but are still good to drink, lines where the bottle/can labels are scratched, beers that are out of season and other beers we have to clear to make room for new stock. But I hope there were some in there you enjoyed. Cheers, Hannah

“Can't really comment on the quality of the beer as it was ordered as a present. However, it was delivered promptly and my 19 nephew thanked me for his very cool birthday present, so I'd say it was a successful order! It made a change from boring shop gift-cards anyway...!! Great service, thank you.”

“I bought the beer pack for my husband on our wedding anniversary. He loves wheat beers and was very happy with the gift. A good selection of wheat beers and some new ones which he hadn't tried before. Delivery was quick and the product was carefully packed.”

“Some excellent beers, some pretty good and only a very few I didn't like. Service from Beer was good, but I do have a whinge to make which is that the case didn't contain what it should have. Three or four beers were substituted for those that should have been in the case. It's an academic point because I didn't know any of them, however it points to sloppy management. I was also surprised to find two Heffeweisse and a Dubbel not to mention four black beers in a case of British Real Ale. Not quite what I expected but when I checked the website I found that was what they said - should have read more closely before ordering. It's a tough job going around the world checking out the best tasting beers, but someone has to do it . Well done Beer Hawk”

“Beer Hawk service was good and helpful in resolving the delivery delay. It is your courier UKMail that is the problem, as they delivered was 3 days late, with no explanation.”

“My delivery arrived promptly. The draft beer dispenser and cooler is awesome, if not a tadge indulgent! The two barrels of Leffe I ordered were as good as it gets. Excellent. I would've given 5 stars but I've been contemplating this purchase for a few weeks, the week after I ordered the price was dropped by 50 quid (which is another 2 barrels to me) gutted but that's how it rolls I guess. I'm still happy with my dispenser and beer”
