“The selection of beer that came in the Porter and Stout selection looks very good and from all over the world. This will make a brilliant Christmas present. But you are paying top money for the beer.”

“The product is great but I've had quite a few issues with delivery, which is presumably the fault of the courier rather than Beerhawk and with getting the correct product delivered. To be fair to Beerhawk they have resolved this promptly and efficiently - very good customer service”

“Great beers and good service. Was a little annoyed though that the delivery driver just left a crate of 10 beers next to the bins, rather than leaving them with a neighbour, as I had asked.”

“Your service was great very prompt and what I ordered was all there BUT the delivery company you use are awful. Firstly, the time they said that they would deliver was incorrect by 6 hours and as a consequence no one was in and so I followed the instructions for a new delivery day but they actually delivered the day before this and again no one was in so they decided to leave two boxes with the words beer written on them on my door step, I live on a busy road in the middle of Birmingham, how they were still there when I got home was pure luck!”

“Very quick delivery, great selection and delicious mixed cases. We bought the Great British Beers case and so far, all of them have been of superb quality. The only niggle we have is that the case was listed twice on their website. One under 'browse all mixed cases' the other under 'gifts'. There was £5 difference between the prices so something to watch out for? This, together with the fact that we have not finished the case, stopped a 'very good' rating.”

“The selection of beers I ordered was excellent (apart from the cherry beer - that's just wrong...) and offered a range of sampling which I have enjoyed. Customer service from Beer Hawk was great too, the only thing that let it down was the poor delivery service. As usual these things only ever arrive when I am at work, but I had organised the delivery for a day when my partner happened to be at home. They took it to the wrong address :( Anyway, I have it now and the packaging was very good too. I would like to order again but am concerned about delivery. If that's not a problem for you, then I would recommend Beer Hawk.”

“This was a present for a friend. A case of american beers. It arrived promptly which was good. My friend said that there was a belgian beer in amongst the selection, he didn't mind but it's rather odd and other people might be less than impressed.”

“Good selection, reasonable price, well packaged, very quick delivery. The only gripe I have is my address was priced as scottish highlands and islands by their automatic postcode recognising machine. It isn't. So I had to get it delivered to my brother-in-law who lives 15miles away to avoid the postage charge.”
