“Delivery was quick and contents of package as expected. However, I bought a 'gift pack' of beers, and they weren't in a 'gift box', as I would have expected. They came just as a crate of beers, which is fine if I had been ordering them for myself, but when the product is described as a gift I would expect some nice packaging.”

“Excellent range of products on offer, including pre-selected cases. Prices similar to a specialist retail outfit, so not particularly cheap. Rapid and free delivery (and opportunity to specify where to leave cases if you're out). The shopping cart worked fine.”

“Would have liked details of each beer ,listed with comments on each such as brewery region etc with any interesting history .All on a separate sheet instead of only on each bottle .. This would make it relatively easy to compare”

“Quick delivery & well priced with the free delivery offer. A good range of beers although I have only had their mixed cases which work out cheaper. I'm not sure I would be prepared to pay the £6.99 delivery fee as there are other options to be had that would work out cheaper. But good service & a goo”

“Got the beers I wanted at a decent price. Delivered promptly and safely - well packaged. Good website, well designed, easy to navigate. Beer Hawk has a good range of beers (It would be nice if they had an awesome range of beers, but hey!!!)”
