“Good choice of beers, and quick delivery. I've ordered through them a few times and had a good experience. I just had a little issue with my most recent order where a couple of beers weren't in stock (even though they were displayed as in stock on the website), but they did manage to source the beers in the end so I got my complete order. Also, if they switched to a different courier from APC (their parcel tracking is rubbish - it doesn't even tell you if it's out for delivery that day, and it only tells you it's been delivered about 4 hours after the fact!), they would get 5 stars.”

“Website was nice and easy to use, and delivery was pretty damn quick! Unfortunately the courier managed to break one of the bottles during delivery, but I popped an email to support to get a new one, and they very kindly sent a voucher for 2x the worth of the bottle (albeit with a 5 day turnaround :-/ ). Cheers Beer Hawk!”

“I was happy very with my stout/porter discovery case, some very interesting beers that I didn't know about. There were a few milds which I found a bit boring but that can always happen. Overall I was happy with everything except the delivery. I had left some specific delivery instructions to call a phone number when the delivery man arrived...but this never happened. I had to go pick up the box myself at the depot, and the delivery company had none of the instructions I had passed on to beerhawk.”

“I have ordered twice now from BeerHawk, the delivery is very quick although on both occasions there were a bottle substituted due to it not being in stock, I was not informed of this before it was sent but was very happy to see a £5 gift voucher in the box 8-)”

“I found the attitude of the staff at Beer Hawk was extremely helpful and informative. Unfortunatley the couriers that they used were not.They delivered the beer to the wrong house leaving it behind dustbins, whichj i didnt know and it took me 3 days more to get my beer after i had tracked it down.It was delivered to the same number house but in the next road.I must say the staff at the couriers were helpful but the drivers need to be more diligent.”

“We received our order on time and the overall service was good. The order however was left on the door step which we stumbled across when popping to the shop. Not sure how safe this was in the drivers eyes, but would advise keeping a eye out for any deliveries made!”
