“Extremely quick delivery and fantastic that it is free over a certain amount. I like that they stick unusual beers, supermarkets these days do a very good job providing variety but Beer Hawk do a better job! I hope you manage to keep up with finding alternative and perculiar beer styles.”

“I was called by Beer hawk promoting a fathers day case of beer. I took up the offer and gave them my dad's address. The beer was delivered to my own address. I sent the case back and was assured that the case would get to my dad. It didn't turn up on father's day so I asked Beer hawk what had happened. Apparently the case was delivered to the correct road, but to the wrong house number! How a simple delivery could be so royally messed up is beyond me, I've wasted money calling them multiple times to correct their mistakes and will now use another beer delivery company to get my dad a very late father's day present once I get my money back. Avoid ordering from Beer hawk!”

“Superb selection of Belgium beers. I really like the mixed choice of beer styles and also there were no fruity ones, which are my least favourite. The beers themselves were spot on so I bought another box. Very good courier service in terms of speed of delivery, the only quibble was the courier arrived much earlier than text suggested so I missed them.”

“After the person who took the order had the wrong one sent and after a few phone calls the right case arrived (still not what I wanted but never mind) However I am still waiting for someone to collect the first case which caused all the problem in the first place.”

“Disappointed with delivery. I rearranged the delivery date as soon as I received confirmation (as I knew the recipient would be out that day). I received confirmation that the order would be redelivered the following Monday. The recipient returned from their holiday a few days later to find that the package had been left with a neighbour. They received no confirmation that this had happened (they were updated by the neighbour) and neither did I! As far as I was concerned the package would arrive today. The package could very easily have gone astray. Poor communication.”
