“Absolutely superb. Beers were top quality, I had chosen them! But I was very impressed with the delivery service. I have bought beer from many suppliers before and this was easily the best! Many thanks, I shall reorder very soon”

“Not the first time I've ordered from Beerhawk, and won't be the last. Their selection of beer is amazing, and whilst they're not always the cheapest (some of the more common beers are cheaper in the supermarkets) their mixed cases are good value, and they do such a range of beers that you just can't get hold of in the shops. The information available to help you choose the beers you want is also excellent, so if you want to build your own case you can select some really interesting beers. The beer token system that rewards you for buying and reviewing beer helps too. Only one substitution on my last order, and it was for a beer of higher price, so consider me a happy (repeat) customer.”

“I have had better experiences with beer subscription companies. I placed an order which then didn't arrive in time for a birthday. After I then contacted customer services, i was told that my order 'had slipped through the net' and that it hadn't been processed or sent yet. I then had to wait another 5 working days for the beers to be delivered. At which point the birthday was long gone. Considering it was Beer Hawks mistake i thought they may have tried to send the parcel 1st class.”

“Great choice of Beers and Beerhawk keep you well informed throughout the delivery process, would like a few more Belgian beers added (Delirium Red please!) but that is just personal preference! The only reason I have given it 4 stars and not 5 is that the website is pretty janky and both times I have ordered I have had issues adding beer to my basket, I choose the beers I wanted went to my basket to checkout and there was only one of them in there so I had to try about 3-4 times to actually order what I wanted.”

“there was a problem with my first order and uk mail failed to tell me why there was a delay,after contacting beerhawk late in the afternoon on a thursday,they assured me that another order would be sent out and i would receive it the following day,sure enough thats what happened, so i was very impressed with their customer service and i would highly recommend them to anyone.I certainly will be ordering more beer from them.”

“I have ordered from Beer Hawk a few times. Mainly for my husband for birthday/fathers day gifts. I've always been extremely impressed with them and their customer service is excellent. I received an order from them recently and the box was damaged. It was a gift which I wanted to wrap so contacted them. They were really helpful and sent a new box straight away. I would definitely recommend this company, my husband is always happy with the beers.”

“I found a great selection of beers to give my Dad on his birthday. The packages arrived quickly - unfortunately the courier left it on the front step and not at the rear gate as advised, and so my Dad saw the package and the surprise was a little lost (there were more that he didn't know about, so that was ok). Also, it was three days later that Beer Hawk contacted me to say that the courier had just informed them that one box had been damaged in transit and not delivered. I contacted Beer Hawk, and they arranged for the damaged box to be replaced the next day - just in time for the birthday celebration. A great company and excellent customer service - it's a shame about the courier!”
