“Having used Beer Hawk previously I am sure the recipient will enjoy the selection of beers. What is less satisfactory is the courier service. It seems my beers languished somewhere between 2nd - 6th June and were eventually collected from the depot; one delivery attempt being made around 14.00 on a working day with little prior notice if this. Had I anticpated a delayed delivery beyond the w/e I could have specified a delivery point/ person in advance. In short: I expect the beers will be good, as previous experience suggests but the delivery system could be more efficient.”

“Brilliant! Although the beers in the box were slightly different than advertised (and I understand that as these things are not always a given) the choice was even better!!!! Lots of IPAs - it is like you knew it was our favourite type. Definitely recommend! And delivery was good (although it was left on our doorstep and not with our neighbour however I presume that was the couriers cock up.)”

“The consignment of larger never arrived on the day that it was supposed to. June 7 my sons birthday so it was a run around for us to buy him another present. We had an e-mail the day before informing us the package had been damaged. Regards Ken Pavey”

“Great variety of beers, speedy delivery and the beers always come well packaged. I think you need to include the option of a print out of descriptions of each beer (like tasting notes and ratings).”

“Had the mixed 30 bottles big beer case which arrived sooner than expected. It was in time for the BBQ where my step son and I managed to sample more of them than we probably should have. That said enjoyed every one of them.”

“I placed my first order with Beer Hawk over the Bank Holiday weekend as a surprise gift for my husband. I hand selected a number of beers (mainly Belgian) and they arrived on the Thursday which was excellent service. My husband was delighted!”

“Courier left order on neighbours drive for all to see. Ordered 18 bottles, charged for 18, received 17. This was my first and last order. They made little effort to persuade me to return. Couldn't send missing bottle as it might get damaged, but site states clearly, no minimum order??”
