“After being told my beer was on the way on june 6 I received another e-mail on the 10th to say it had been damamaged and as of yet I am still waiting for it ....considering it was due for delivery in 5 working days and I ordered it on the 2nd for my first experience with you I'm not best pleased... Hoping it arrives before father's day as its a present as my dad loves ales and I WAS,excited to be ordering this from you. Any comments gratefully received 07711161619 tracy”

“I purchased a case of your beers as a present for a friend's birthday. They were dispatched quickly and arrived promptly. I can't comment on the beers themselves as they were quaffed by another. I can say, however, that the Beerhawk delivery brought a smile to his face. Many thanks.”

“The delivery was really quick (within a couple of days) had gift options so I could send to my dad on the other side of the country and good communication to keep me in the loop. My dad was delighted by the beers as well as the notes telling him how to drink and what type of glass to have it in!”

“Excellent range of beers tho occasionally a bit pricy. Wait for their offers eg free delivery and a good points scheme which gives you money off. Good innovative beers from home and abroad particularly the States”

“No problems with Beer Hawk for despatch but the delivery company left a lot to be desired. They e-mailed me saying 'sorry we missed you but the driver has left the package in the porch and put a card through the door'. RUBBISH. The driver rang the bell, left the package OUTSIDE as the 'porch' is locked at all times and was driving away as my brother got to the door. Lucky he was in.”

“Wow, what a find! My boyfriend and I love trying different beers and it's great to find somewhere with a fantastic selection of a variety of beers and at a great price. Of course, we couldn't resist spending over £50 to get free delivery. My only quibble would be the packaging for the single bottle of beer we ordered, which was put in a large box for 15. It seemed like such a waste of packaging.”
