“Some very nice beers & Fast delivery! Only thing I would say is that the selection was not as vast as 'Beers of Europe', hence I would be more likely to find something new to sample from them. Otherwise, great shop and good service! Thanks!”

“I think Beerhawk provide a good selection of beers and quick service. Unfortunately, in the interests of efficiency they have developed a bad habit of substituting their choice of beers over my own when beers I order are not available. [second time] I would suggest they upgrade their website to ensure this dosen't happen a third time. Tim.”

“I ordered the IPA for the other half for Valentines day… and although I was impressed with the selection; there are a couple of things which could be improved: 1) Packaging, as it was a present, I felt the packaging was lacking. In transit I understand the need for protective packaging but may I suggest that you offer either an add on purchase of gift box or look at alternative ways to package, i.e.. crate effects, flat pack boxes, be innovative :) 2) The shipping costs are extortion when added at the end of purchase… try absorbing this cost into the product before the customer gets to the final stages of check out so they are not surprised at £15 shipping fee. I hope this helps as you have a good strategy, it just needs to be more customer focused. Thanks for the brews. JC”

“High quality case of American craft beer (plus a can of Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA!). I've not tried all the bottles yet (I'm trying to abstain from drinking all dozen straight away) but already I've found the witbier to be excellent. The Brother Thelonious Belgian style abbey ale looks a corker too (at 9.4% I'll save that one for last). One small observation, the case is biased towards pale ales/IPA's, so you've got to like those styles of brew to really appreciate this case.”

“Excellent on prices, and fast delivery. Could have done with a bit more notice of the delivery though - I was already on my way to work at 7 in the morning so unable to arrange access for the courier to my assigned drop-off point for 5 that night. Will definitely be back for more!”

“Beer turned up as expected, and a delivery company who cares delivered it. The selection of Weisse beer was good because it was wide with a lot of variants which was was I was looking for, what do I like what don't I like kind of thing. An app for rating the beers and keeping track of what I liked would be good..”

“Great selection of beers, gift packs, glasses to choose from. Delivery charge is waived if you buy over £50 (which is easy to do if you're getting stock in for a party or event). Even if you don't do that the delivery charge isn't too high.”

“Great, fast service. Some lovely beers in my pack, although an over-representation of middle of the road Welsh ales, for some reason. All good, but I wouldn't particularly hunt them out, IYSWIM.”
