“Brilliant really exited about the beer delievery and great correspondence throughout. All arrived on time but glasses were smashed in the box (gutted) no beers broke though (most importantly). This was rectified within a few days , can't ask for more. Can definitely recommend this site and will be using them again.”

“Ordered two mixed cases of 15 bottles each as gifts, one American 'craft' beers and the other English ales. Both were very well received and both were good value for money. The only reason for not awarding 10/10 and Very Good is that the American beers was advertised as 15 bottles but what arrived was 14 bottles and one can.”

“I really like the website, the filtering options when finding different types and origins of Ale are great. Overall, the selection is very good. The delivery arrived very quickly, which was great. The only issue with the delivery was that it was ordered as a gift which I had included a Le Trapp glass. This was incredibly dirty when it arrived and required a good clean. I would have expected to clean the glass anyway but it was really very dirty which didn't look great as a gift. Other than that would highly recommend, and will very likely use the service again.”

“A great selection of beers to choose from on the site. The purchase process was very easy and my beer arrived safely a few days later in well packaged boxes. I will definitely be using you again. It would have been nice to have been given a little more guidance on each of the beers, or event read reviews from other purchasers.”

“The ordering process and speed of delivery were brilliant. Just a shame that the courier decided to deliver to a neighbour but did not leave a card to tell me which one. Despite calling the customer service line at Beerhawk and being told someone would call me back I never did get a call. Had to wait an extra two days before I found the house it had been delivered to and catch the neighbour at the same time I was at home to pick up my eagerly awaited box of Brewdog beer”

“Whilst I had problems with the password the young lady on the telephone was very helpful pleasant and polite. The two cases arrived within two days and I have enjoyed sampling the various beers.”

“I have had several orders with Beer Hawk and I have been very happy with the service. I have two minor gripes however which I have identified on this last order. 1. Beer Hawk omitted an item from the delivery that I had paid for (a glass). As I was at work my wife contacted Beer Hawk to inform them and my she was offered a) a refund or b) Beer Hawk vouchers to double the value of the missing glass (£8 of vouchers). My wife accepted the vouchers which were promptly allocated. So I did not have the glass I had ordered and paid for, but was in possesion of an extra £8 of vouchers (£4 to reimburse me for the glass and £4 extra). Nothing wrong with this as such, and I am content with the outcome, except I wonder why Beer Hawk did not offer to dispatch the missing glass to me immediately to honour my order in full? Surely this should have been their first priority to rectify their mistake? It wasn't even mentioned. Are Beer Hawk prioritising solutions that are cheaper for them (i.e. £4 instead of another £6.99 delivery cost? 2. I ordered over £50 of goods to take advantage of the free delivery. However it becomes clear when in checkout that the delivery which is free will take several days to make, whereas if I paid an extra £3 (on a free delivery order) or paid the standard £6.99 delivery charge, I would get my beer the next day. So - spending enough to qualify for free delivery in fact leaves me with a 'second class' delivery service. I guess that's part of the deal - presumably the £6.99 delivery is too expensive to give away free on £50 worth of order? I suppose what I'm saying is when I get a free delivery offer I'd expect my delivery to come just as quickly as normal. I wouldn't have made a special effort to feedback about the above - but as I received your review request I thought I would. Hope you find this feedback useful from a customer service perspective.”

“Bought box for my brother in laws 40th birthday. Box was delivered within 2 to 3 days the section of beers was excellent. I would say that this is possibly a one off purchase as the cost of the boxes is quite expensive in comparison to the contents especially as most larger supermarkets sell very extensive ranges of beers now and the contents of the box would cost a considerable amount less, however as this is birthday present the fact that it comes with glass and its own wrapping made it a perfect buy. Would purchase again as a present.”

“As usual, I thought Beer Hawk's service was really good - easy to use website and I could track the progress of my order. I was a bit disappointed by one or two of the beers in my 'Test of Strength' case - two of the canned beers did have that somewhat off-putting 'canned' taste and one of the American IPA cans was both cloudy and unbalanced (hoppy/bitter flavours too strong).”
