“Well i'd like to rate you but unfortunately we havent recieved our order, twice. We ordered an advent calender, it didnt come. You sent an apology and offered £10 voucher which we used to buy 24 bottles (can you see what we have done there?). Unfortunately your courier damaged the first re-delivery. We were supposed to recieve the re re delivery yesterday but it didnt come. Interestingly i mentioned the original advent calender order to a colleafue whos girlfriend bought one for him after we placed our order. He has his. Very unhappy with the customer service we have recieved, we cannot recommend you, we are considering our legal recourse.”

“I purchased a gift set that was broken, I rang and was put on hold for half an hour. I emailed twice and had no response. There had been no protective wrapping on the glass. Very disappointed with te lack of customer service”

“I was tasked with buying my partner a variety of milk stouts for Christmas; a subject on which I am not very educated on. I emailed Beer Hawk and they advised me on a range of bottles to buy, and they arrived speedily. Would recommend, and will return for future beer requirements!!! Thanks.”

“My delivery didn't arrived on the day I had paid for, was fobbed off by staff until the Monday when it was sorted quickly, efficiently. Could have been so much better, hopefully next time!”

Hi Kevin, I'm sorry that we didn't get the beer out on the correct date. I've checked our systems and can't find any record of you specifying a date you wanted the beer, however I don't doubt that you made the request! I can only apologise and put it down to an administrative error on our part as this is usually something we can do with ease. Apologies. Louise

“I would have given a "Very Good" but for:- 1. Beers I've discovered using Beer Hawk are subsequently not in stock, or they stop dealing with a brewer, i.e. Black Sheep or Proper Job/St. Austell. No good finding something if you can't get it; 2. Irritating tendency to send unwanted promotional e-mails, even after you've said you don't want them.”
