“As yet 14 days after my order was placed i have still not received my order, i have however recieved somebody elses order, 3 phonecalls and 1 email later and still nobody can seem to get this sorted - utter rubbish”

“Placing an order from Australia with an unknown company to me I was a little nervous but everything went so smoothly and the communication was excellent. Would certainly use Beer Hawk again if I want to send beer to friends and relies in UK. And my uncle was so happy when he received his present.
