“Good range of beers quick delivery. Only problem is that they left my delivery on my door step!!! When I asked them to leave it with a neighbour. I live in East London so not the safest of places to leave outside!!!”

“I appear to live with the most difficult man in the world to buy presents for, and it is especially difficult as his birthday falls so close to Christmas but the Craft Beer Advent Calendar is great !! It was relief to find that, so far (14th Dec today), the beers have all been ones he has not had before, except one, and believe me we have a large collection of bottles to prove how many unique beers he has had, he is a bit of a beer geek !! So, yes, top present ! Delivery was also good. Obviously timing was important with it being an Advent Calendar, the only slight criticism was that there was no indication of the actual delivery date when ordering, it just said it would be before 1st Dec. With it being a large, heavy parcel it would be helpful to know when to expect it in order to arrange appropriate delivery address. Once this was sorted then everything was great and got text messages to say when it would be delivered.”

“First delivery 1 out of 2 boxes I ordered were missing, I had to chase the order for them to tell me case was damaged and will be sent out again. When it was delivered it was the wrong bottles in a damaged wine box (this was a Christmas gift of a case of beer). After contacting they sent the correct case but this one was also slightly damaged! I haven't bothered complaining again just won't use again for orders. You need to get new delivery drivers that take care of your items and deliver the correct things in good condition.”

“The only problem that I had was that there did not seem an option for delivery date. So I had to send the order early even though it was a Christmas present and would have liked the option to send it nearer to Christmas.”
