“Website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. I was notified of the order and the dispatch of the order. Goods arrived within a couple of days and were very well packed without unnecessary filling.”

“A well laid out website that made putting my order together easy. The new customer registration process was lightning-quick, so I was able to join and complete a new order from scratch in one sitting. The delivery was quick and well communicated. The bottles were well packed and protected. Only one substitute brew - but from the same brewery and style as the one I had chosen.”

“Website easy to use and very informative. Lots of choice. Found exactly what I was looking for. Great communication regarding the order and delivery process Delivered on the date promised and within the time slot promised. A very happy customer and as my first purchase was a gift - the recipient was much more than pleased with the beers. It definitely will not be my last purchase from Beer Hawk”

“Every beer was a total gem, I love how you're also not quite sure what will arrive in the mixed case, I didn't get a Kölsch this time but got two Räuchbier instead...win!! Not the cheapest beer, but certainly the best!!!”

“Beer Hawk is one of several online mail order beer sellers that I had investigated but hadn't got around to ordering from until I received an email with an offer of free delivery on a mixed case of beers. Unfortunately there seemed to be some problem with the website as the offer code wasn't recognised. However their customer service team was fantastic and ensured that I did in fact benefit from the offer. The beer was delivered in just a few working days, excellently packaged, and accompanied by a . I will definitely shop with Beer Hawk again and will recommend them to friends.”

“Placed an order for eight bottles of beer, package arrived with seven, despite packing slip showing eight. Contacted customer services who offered refund or voucher but refused to ship bottle because it was a single bottle.”

Hi Stuart - Sorry for not sending the single bottle back out, its mainly due to the shipping of one bottle in a large box - hope this helps to explain

“The driver went out of his way to find somewhere to leave my package which as fab as it was a gift and I had a time limit. The selection was good and pretty good value . I knew there were tasty alcohol free beers out there and my friend can't drink at the moment. Now she has some yummy ones instead of Becks blue!! Thanks beer hawk. I'll be looking into some more boozy ones for myself.”
