“Huge selection from all over the world although we primarily went to Beer Hawk to buy Belgian beer as the supplier in Belgium was not shipping to the UK currently. The order arrived promptly, was well packed and we would not hesitate to use Beer Hawn again.”

“Facebook welcome offer is good value. Beyond that the beer is overpriced and better enjoyed in one of the various bars in any major town/city which stock a wide variety of world beers.”

“I liked the price, the beer, and the delivery packaging was impressive. I get a bi-monthly bottle box from BrewDog, and the packing for that isn't as good as yours!”

“You were a recommendation from a friend. I was purchasing for my older brother. My younger brother had had a bad delivery experience with Beer Hawk but, as your beer range is so good, we gave you another chance. Couldn't fault you. The beer arrived on time and i received a call from my older brother to thank me for sending such amazing beeers. We will all be using you again.”

“The product is good but I ordered as a gift for a special event and paid extra for delivery on a specific day. Part of the order was delivered 2 days early - spoiling the surprise. The other part of the order did not arrive. It was only after I queried that Beer Hawk advised it had been damaged in transit. It was almost a further week before the order was completed - totally missing the occasion. Beer Hawk showed limited customer service and only refunded the additional delivery charge as "a goodwill gesture" rather than because their choice of carrier had messed up. There was no apology or compensation gesture for the fact that what had been intended as a special gift to mark a specific day had been completely ruined. I wont use again.”
