“We ordered some special beers as a gift and were delighted with the service received. E-mails were responded to quickly, and the beer was delivered on the specified day - and we were accurately kept informed by text & e-mail of the delivery time which was very helpful.”

“I spotted Beer Hawk through a facebook advert which offered £10 off when spending over £20 so decided to take them up on the offer. Being a fan of Belgian beers I thought I'd try a new selection and at the same time get a present for a friend. So I proceeded to look through their selection, which compared to some of the other companies I've used in the past wasn't as extensive, however I made a selection of 10 different beers ranging from a 5.4% apa (De Koninck) up to a respectable 9.2% brown (Trapist Rochefort 8 - I also recommend the 10). After placing the order on a Friday afternoon it was quickly picked and dispatched arriving the next Tuesday. So if you want it for a weekend party I'd suggest ordering in advance by a few days. Overall I would order from them again as everything came that I had ordered and was packaged securely.”

“the order was delivered quickly and the driver left the order in the place I requested,so all good. Have only had a few beers so far. it is nice to have a good selection. Only downside is not enough Dunkel biers on the site but that is personal preference .”

“With my initial order, I ordered 17 bottles but I was somewhat dismayed when only 2 arrived. I contacted Beer Hawk and they despatched the missing 15 in reasonably quick time. I guess the incomplete delivery was more the fault of the courier company, UKMail. Customer service at Beer Hawk is quite good. I have to fall short of calling it very good on the grounds that I had to make 2 phone calls regarding the missing beers; the first phone call appears to have been ignored by the person I spoke with (or they at least failed to keep me updated). The next day I called again and this time the person I spoke with dealt with the problem much more efficiently, keeping me updated throughout and getting the replacements to me within 2 days. This has not put me off buying from them again.”

“Great beer selection, good value, free delivery on orders over £50. However, the delivery company was awful, the service was paid for next-day delivery but they failed to deliver 3 times in a row and only succeeded on the 4'th day/'attempt' (Ordered Thursday night, arrived Thursday the following week). I would like to use Beer Hawk again, once they stop using UKMail as their courier.”

“Ordered some Belgian beers via the internet after seeing the p&p had dropped from £6.99 to £4.99 for orders under £50. I have placed orders before with various companies and this is the cheapest I've found. Straight forward, easy to use website Was able to track my order and received it within two working days. And the courier company sent me a text giving me a one hour window for delivery -and they did deliver within the hour. Marvellous! Will definitely be using Beer Hawk again”
