“time and time again i find myself back on the Beer Hawk website, ordering more tasty dark beers. The variety is excellent, with always new ones coming in to try. Their customer service is top notch, and nothing is too much trouble, whether using email, or on the telephone. Delivery is fast, and prices for this and the products on the website are very good, and competitive. I only wish i had more money, and more time to order more from Beer Hawk, and put my feet up with a tasty brew.”

“A really good range to choose from, and a quick turnaround. The courier left my package in an appropriate place despite me being out, so no complaints there either. The only feedback would be for the website... Photos of bottlecaps. Some of us collect the unique ones and like to know what we're getting.”

“The website was easy to navigate and the delivery was well organised and updated, although this was a birthday gift so it would've been nice to have a precise delivery day to choose, rather than within two days. It would also be reassuring to get a delivery confirmation email or text that the surprise gift reached its destination. I would highly recommend the service but quite pricey.”

“We had some beer sent to us from our daughter, and they were all fantastic. Since then, we've ordered a real ale case and a wheat beer case, and although we haven't drunk them all yet, have not had a bad one. However, we have not yet received our beer points for recommending a friend who placed an order.”

“I used Beer Hawk to buy a box of assorted craft beers for a friend who really likes craft beers. The website was simple to use and the beers arrived in 3 working days as promised. The entire purchase was so smooth I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Great selection and service. My order got held up due stock and they were very transparent about when I would receive it. Once I got the dispatch email it was delivered with 24hrs which was really impressive as I got it delivered to Ireland. Very well packaged and no breakages. Will definitely be a future customer”

“This was a present delivered [eventually] to the recipient. I was very disappointed to hear from you that the recipient was not available to receive the package at the time you indicated. This was NOT true and no card was found through the letterbox! After the weekend when we had investigated and contacted you we heard that the package had been damaged [??]. Eventually a second package was delivered and I am sure the quality will be fine. However it was not a good introduction to Beerhawk for me. Two different stories seem very suspicious.”

“I found this company online. They were able to assist me on a very last minute request to deliver a case of beer to a very reliable company who we have worked with closely. Beerhawk have been very good in delivering this just as requested and way before time :) much appreciated you guys!”
