I purchased the beer dispenser and 2 keg deal after a few days received the dispenser but was not sent ANY KEGS I had to email and phone to ask where they was then told out of stock received A KEG after about a further week and now 3 weeks after order I'm still waiting for my second keg,I have begged on emails for any keg as they replied some kegs are out of stock, the replying and corresponding from company has been shameful and very frustrating I would never buy or recommend anyone to beer hawk again and now feel that getting credit card company involved for part refund is the only way forward PS IF YOU GO ONLINE THEY SAY KEGS IN STOCK ........WHAT A JOKE!

It seems that since Beer Hawk has been gobbled up by an international brewery, the thing that has suffered is customer service. That's usually the first to go downhill when the new company tries to claw it's cash back. I've enjoyed many great orders from here over the last two years or so, but my last order still has no sign of turning up after 8 days. I've been told it will be at least a few more working days as they don't have everything in stock. Why not just tell me that in the beginning? Seems i am not alone judging by the recent reviews. Looks like I have to cancel and try elsewhere. RIP Beer Hawk, you will be missed.

Appalling customer service, I placed my order on the 5th of October, it had been 1 week and I still hadn't heard anything so I emailed them and asked when my product would be delivered, I was told they were delayed so it would be dispatched in 2 days at the very latest, it is now the 15th and I still have had no beer delivered or confirmation email!!! I am furious and will be phoning to tell them to keep their beer and send me a refund!! Do not order from here!!!!!????????

My order placed on 30th September is still not here and email ignored. Leffe Royale and Hoegaarden both missing. Unfortunately there is no other seller comes close on price BUT claiming 3 day delivery is out of order and pure fantasy. Great prices other than buying in Calais BUT be honest!

I have never come across such poor customer service in my life. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for an order guaranteed by 3 day delivery. 'Head office' have not rung me back despite the promise 3 times so far. Even a complimentary keg of beer, which was promised to be delivered yesterday has been delayed. Absolutely appalling. Now left with a draft machine with no keg.... and a late birthday present. Shocking.

Placed order on 4th October, delivery time quoted on website as "within 3 working days", called Beer Hawk a week after placing order as nothing had arrived, was then advised that for beer club orders payment is taken on the 7th (payment was actually taken at time of order and not the 7th as advised) and orders dispatched the following Thursday for delivery in time for the weekend. By Friday 14th still no beer or dispatch confirmation, when called again was told that all beer club orders had been delayed... Yet no correspondence from the company to advise this, cancelled order and requested refund. Made complete mess of first order and I certainly don't have time to be chasing delivery every month. Very poor customer service.

Ordered a perfect draft machine and 2 kegs of Leffe - one blond and one ruby. They delivered 2 blonds - after a long email exchange they agreed to collect the additional blond and replace with the ruby I ordered. Needless to say the managed to deliver another blond and not collect the wrong one so now I have 2 kegs of blond I didn't order! Tried ringing customer service but only get through to order line as customer service not there! Not very good service and spoilt an early Xmas present to myself!

Very disappointing with poor customer service. My order was sent out with half of it missing and despite many attempts to speak to someone directly at the company to resolve they haven't dealt with their error. The staff on their sales line do not work for beer hawk and cannot deal with any issues you may have. beer hawk just don't seem to care. Won't be dealing with them again

The draft beer dispenser is a nice machine and its working perfectly-My recent order was a keg of Leffe Blonde - I had to call to find out what happen to my order after 7 days/ On the site there said that the product was out of stock why was not advised? Then the keg came almost 9 days after. I installed an it happens its only 8 days keg life when it should have been 30 days. I have made the claim and i am waiting for a solution.

After 2 weeks still weighing for my beer , customer service is rubbish they never ring back .would never recommend then to everyone , will be in touch with trading standards .

Ordered 2 cases "Octoberfest Bier" received 1 case on the Friday,was told should get 2nd on Monday,non arrived. After numerous phone calls,eventually received 2nd case the next Thursday,packed very amateurishly and instead of 15 bottles only 14 bottles,1 missing so now waiting for 1 bottle to arrive.

It took a week of phone calls to finally get my keg of beer, got my perfect draft machine a week before but no beer, when I phoned I was told my beer was out of stock, I changed the beer to an ale and it took another 6 phone calls to finally get it correct, absolute waste of space, I would not recommend buying from this lot, plenty of other websites that sell the perfect draft beer, real bad experience ????????????????????????????????????

Don't waist your time or money, my wife ordered the perfect draft and a keg for my birthday on 30-09-16 it arrived a week later (supposed to be within 3 days) on the day of the party. When it did arrive it had no beer so it stayed in the box today is 13-10-16 and I still have no beer! This company is a joke.

Good beer and range of beer but very disappointing customer service and order only partially delivered and items half of the items have not been sent. Have had to chase every day since the order was delivered to get a resolution to the issue but almost two weeks later I have not had a call back or email to rectify the issue. Unlikely to use this company again and do not have good things to tell other people about them.

Well ! What can I say you took my money on Friday the 30th Sept with free delivery with-in 3 working days not chance, Thursday 6th Oct I start to phone only to get the run around but I was informed they never had the stock when I ordered but they still took my money. I contact Saveur Biere who recommend there sister company ( Hawk Beer )and told them of the very poor service, I had the phone put down on me by one of the order line team and told if I wanted to know where my parcel is track it myself. Monday 10th Oct I cancelled my order asked for a refund and ask for my account to be deleted - I'm still waiting for my e-mail of apology and explanation into the poor service. I shall order direct from Belgium as it is quicker.

Beer Hawk need to change courier and ditch UK Mail. Out of 3 orders, I have had problems with 2 and won't be using them again. The recent order did not arrive, despite a text to say that it was on its way. I waited in all day for no reason. To make matters worse, Beer Hawk did not care when I complained. They told me not to worry, because soon they would be moving to a new courier anyway. Obviously they concur with my opinion that UK Mail are inadequate. Next time I will spare the bother and order from another site.

2 orders placed, one delivered without the bulk of the order until I chased it up, second order still not delivered and no communication despite being promised the manager would get in touch AND that my order would be 'packed personally today'. Beginning to fear the worst, I think I may have just my money.

Another 1-star review unfortunately. Ordered a case of 30 beers last Wednesday, but by the end of the week they still hadn't left the warehouse. Emailed beerhawk, who replied that "the case will be out for delivery on Monday". As of Tuesday evening, it's still showing as "in the warehouse", and both my subsequent email and tweet have been ignored. Even if it is dispatched tomorrow (comment: who knows?) I won't get my beer for over a week after ordering it, which really isn't good enough. Especially when delivery is advertised as within three working days. There are other companies out there providing a similar product who are speedier, more responsive, and more reliable.

Ordered nearly £95 of craft beer at 9am on Tuesday, Payment went through no issues. No information until I phoned on Friday. Supposed to be 2-3 days max, could pay express on Paypal. Basically system was down but nobody notified me. Kept trying for days, emails , no phone call back, told lies that delivery was sent multiple time. Got 7 of 33 beers, and 2 were substitutes even although they were in stock, by the following Tuesday , 7 days from order date. By day 12 on the Friday still no missing beer so asked for refund as no longer on holiday and I was sick of being told they were on there way or a courier mix up. Constant apologies but no resolution. Everyone gave me a different story. Shocking service. Still never had an explanation or phone call back from head office, regardless of whom I spoke to. I will take my 50-100 per month else where. Never use again.
