“Easy to order online. Beer I wanted was out of stock but on phoning I was told when it was due in. I called back next day to be told it had arrived and would be put up on website immediately so I could order it. This happened in minutes. With regards to delivery. We had to go away for a couple of days at short notice so when T the email from the delivery company came through I needed to change the delivery date. This was simple to do via their website. They emailed me a 1 hour delivery slot in the morning and delivered right on time.”

“I'm not going to delve into the philosophical or social aspects of the company making me happy. If it did I would need psychiatric help. I like beer hawk overall. Good selection of genuine beers at good prices. But Internet companies rise or fall on two very simple things. Packaging and delivery. I have had one packaging issue so no big deal for me, but I have read of many having that problem. Uk mail I believe is letting this company down. It tries to be up to date with texts and emails then delivers half the stuff. Or the wrong stuff. To the wrong place. New carrier contract is needed. Part from that. Quite pleased.”

“Two boxes of beer ordered at the same time. Waited in for delivery which arrived at correct time. When delivery arrived only one box arrived - very bashed (although contents fortunately undamaged). When rang Beer Hawk was told next box would be delivered the next day so had to wait in again. Beer from here is excellent but have ordered 7/8 times and twice there has been an issue which is why top marks not given.”

“I was quite tempted by the advert, fancied the idea of German beer at home, on tap. So asked how much replacement beer is - no reply. Now I've read the reviews, too many v poor or indifferent, so won't be ordering. Shame.”

“I'm still waiting for you to get back to me regarding the poorly packaged order for 12 bottles of mixed pale ales. I reported that 1 bottle was missing and that it looked as though the order had been repackaged due to a broken bottle. The 1st part of the order (2 bottles of Erdinger) came separately in a large box capable of containing 16 bottles then the next day I received 11 bottles instead of 12, packaged in a much larger box packed out with bubble wrap & quavers.”
