“Due to an alternative beer being sent, instant refund offered. Chap was really apologetic and so I went back to the website and bought twice as much beer again!”

“Very happy with Beer Merchants. Not happy with their choice of couriers... Parcelforce have (yet again) failed to deliver our order on time. Having been palmed off to two different depos to "resolve" the issue, we're still in the dark. Fingers crossed the Christmas brews actually arrive in time for Christmas!”
