“Great selection of beer, delivered on time, very happy. One possible improvement, and I realise it could be difficult is to try and reduce the amount of packaging.”

“Easy online purchase, products competitively priced and all speedily delivered, even in the current difficult coronavirus situation.”

“A great selection of beers and very good service given the current difficulties. We had some beers missing from one delivery, but an exchange of e-mails rapidly resolved that. Not so impressed with ParcelForce deliveries. While Beer Merchants works well, the ParcelForce website tracking is very misleading, claiming, on one occasion, that we had requested a change of delivery date/time when we hadn't and ParcelForce had failed to hit the timings tracking was predicting.”
