“Their service is very good and quick, they also provide a track service for their parcels, however I do believe their beers a little expensive.”

“Once again a very good service where items delivered in a quick timescale and you were able to track your order. However on this occasion I believe this beer was a little pricey. The beer itself was very refreshing however it did not have a very strong flavour a weaker version of Hoegaarden which I used to drink before I was diagnosed, so I will not be ordering this one again.”

“No information about delivery..e-mailed but No response. Then email about tjat your order is shipped..No order arrived..Waited and then had to call them..after that i finally got my beer. Need to step up on service”

Hi, Really sorry to hear you had problems with the couriers in this instance. We ship on an express service but sometimes things can go awry once passed over to a 3rd party courier. “Having lived in Brussels for five years, I was delighted to find such a wide range of Belgian beers and not just the usual suspects. Especially pleased that they stocked the wonderful beer from the La Senne brewery, which are high on my favourites list. Service was spot on and the beer arrived faster than I expected. I will return for some more from La Senne, and this time some Trappist Orval, which was not always easy to find in Brussels.”

“Order received quickly and in sufficient packaging. Items had been replaced as were out of stock however was not told this was the case until contacting. Also had an item missing but was sent out the next day once contacted.”
